The Maritime Sector-Focused Anti-HIV/AIDS project

This is an ITF-supported maritime sector-focused project being conducted by the NUSS which is technically supported by the ILO.Under this project, the NUSS has been conducting, inter alia, awareness-raising/sensitisation/training of trainers seminars and workshops for the benifit of the following categories of maritime employees;

• Seafarers
• Selected lecturers of matitime training institutes
• Trainee seafarers at the reputed maritime training institutes
• Dockers and other port workers and employees of the shipping office
• Naval personnel
